Street Closure Advisory for Oct. 24: Central Avenue between 15th and 20th streets will be closed for construction starting at 10 a.m. until the work is complete and then all street closures indicated on the map will be closed at 3 p.m. for set up, through the event and will reopen by 7 p.m.
