The following information is provided by the Los Alamos Police Department.

Neither arrests nor charges indicate a conviction, and neither means that a person is guilty of the charges filed against them.

July 10 at 11:59 a.m. / A 53-year-old Santa Fe man reported that he was a victim of fraud on Trinity Drive. The estimated loss is less than $2,500.

RICKIE BURRELL

July 10 at 4:01 p.m. / Police arrested Rickie Burrell, 28, of Los Alamos at 650 San Ildefonso Road on an outstanding Magistrate Court warrant.

GEORGE BARELA

July 10 at 3:04 p.m. / Police arrested George Barela, 46, of Los Alamos at 650 San Ildefonso Road on an outstanding Magistrate Court warrant.

July 10 at 1:41 p.m. / A 51-year-old woman from Ohkay Owingeh reported that someone used her credit card without on Peach Street. The estimated loss is unknown.

July 11 at 2:51 p.m. / A 36-year-old Santa Fe man reported that someone damaged his property on Central Avenue. The estimated loss is less than $1,000.

July 11 at 7:06 p.m. / A 24-year-old Los Alamos man reported that he was battered on Aster Street by a household member.

July 11 at 9:48 p.m. / A 28-year-old Los Alamos woman reported that she was a victim of larceny near N.M. 4 and N.M. 502. The estimated loss is less than $2,500.

July 11 at 9:58 p.m. / A 71-year-old Los Alamos man reported that someone damaged his property on Monte Rey Drive North. The estimated loss is more than $1,000.

July 12 at 7:42 p.m. / A 35-year-old Los Alamos woman reported that she was assaulted on Arkansas Avenue.

July 13 at 12:52 p.m. / An 80-year-old Los Alamos man reported that someone damaged his property on Monte Rey Drive North. The estimated loss is less than $1,000.

July 13 at 1:39 p.m. / A 28-year-old Los Alamos woman reported that someone trespassed on her property on Orange Street. The estimated damage is unknown.

TIMOTHY LOPEZ

July 14 at 4:53 p.m. / Police arrested Timothy Lopez, 55, of Espanola on East Road and charged him with driving while his license is suspended or revoked.

July 14 at 8:23 p.m. / A 50-year-old Los Alamos woman reported that someone damaged her property on Kiva Street. The estimated loss is unknown.

DANIEL PHILLIPS

July 15 at 1:19 p.m. / Police arrested Daniel Phillips, 39, of Los Alamos at 2468 36th St., on an outstanding Magistrate Court warrant.

July 15 at 4:35 p.m. / A 51-year-old Los Alamos man reported that he was a victim of fraud on Rover Boulevard. The estimated loss is less than $2,500.
