Participants in the Pajarito Environmental Education Center’s latest Take Wing event traveled Thursday to see elk moving around the Valles Caldera National Preserve at dusk. The group heard many elk bugling, saw several males with large racks and many females during the special event for people who have contributed $150 for the new Nature Center.
