The contest underway to rename Los Cerros Apartments at 3000 Trinity Dr. and 40 apartment units in the Gold Street subdivision ends at 5 p.m. today.

Topper Ridge, Pajarito Pines, Normandy, Plateau Pines, Mesa Ridge, Canyon Oak and Canyon Crest, The Manhattan Projects, The Cottonwoods and Vista del Sol are just a few of the many names suggested to date.

The winner of each complex will receive $250 in chamber bucks and the honorable mention winners will receive $50 in chamber bucks.

Email name suggestions for Los Cerros Apartments and the Gold Street units to ladailypost@gmail.com by 5 p.m. today. The winners will be announced in the Los Alamos Daily Post.
