The advocates of Charter Amendment 2 are now claiming that it is preventive maintenance for the Utilities Department. This type of maintenance is based on the principle:

“If it ain’t broke, fix it ’til it is.”

Don’t let them politicize our utilities. Vote NO on Charter Amendment 2.
