SHELTER News:
Dude is an 8-year-old neutered male cat who came to the Los Alamos County Animal Shelter this week.
He is declawed, so he will need an indoor-only home. Dude is not only handsome, he has charm and poise to match his good looks. He is mellow and friendly with adults, gentle older children, and other mellow cats. He finds dogs problematic and has little time for them.

All adoptable pets are micro-chipped, spayed or neutered, and have up-to-date on vaccinations. Shelter hours are noon to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday, 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturdays and noon to 3 p.m. Sundays.
The Shelter will be open for Veterans Day Tuesday, Nov. 11.
