By MIKE LIPPIATTI would like to thank everyone for helping to make Plateau Property Management’s grand opening such a wonderful event.
There were a lot of people who helped put this event together and a lot of work has gone into the renovation of our new apartments. The PPM team has really come together on all counts to bring us to this day and has laid a wonderful foundation to enable us to move forward in a positive and successful manner.
Mike McNiel, our construction and maintenance manager, has put together an awesome crew. This crew renovates apartments, cleans grounds, manicures our yards and trees, fixes any and all tenant requests, removes snow, melts ice, moves furniture, takes care of all property emergencies, puts an amazing shine on all our apartments and the list goes on.
Our office staff is helping us to streamline our daily operating procedures and get a much better handle on all our administrative processes. Julie Smith, Jeanne Bridge and Hope Jaramillo are the back bone of our daily grind. While we’re out doing what we do, these three gals are keeping it all together.
Pretty much the glue that keeps us together and the reason we are a well-oiled machine. These three ladies are wonderful to work with and help make our days brighter.
Bruce Norman, general partner and PPM owner, has given us the vision of what can be done and all the best tools to get where we need to go. Bruce has an amazing humanitarian approach and packs some great positive energy with him where ever he goes. We are all fortunate to be a part of Bruce’s team.
So to all these people I say “THANK YOU” for being such wonderful people and playing a very intricate role in where we’ve been, where we are today and where we are going. There is no doubt in my mind that this is the team that will help PPM reach new levels, achieve greater success and be willing to pass that on to those around us.
My many thanks to Carol Clark and the Los Alamos Daily Post staff, Nancy Partridge and the LA Chamber staff for all their help and to all our tenants who endure all the construction and renovation that is, and will be, going on. I would also like to thank Matt Wolk and his crew at Chaparral Siding and Windows for all their hard work. It’s a tall order to put new siding and trim on six buildings while replacing 420 windows. Matt and his crew have established a wonderful flow in their aspect of the renovations, which is very much appreciated. Their progress is fun to watch and their finished product is amazing.
And to the Los Alamos community we say, thank you so much. All those who participated in our renaming contest, those who send us nice notes from time to time to let us know they appreciate what we are doing, to those who pop in the office now and then to say “HI” and to everyone who attended our grand opening and open house … THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU.
We look forward to what the future will bring us, we are thankful for where we have been and where we are today and we are thankful that we are able to do this in such a wonderful community.
We hope everyone has a VERY MERRY CHRISTMAS and a WONDERFUL NEW YEAR!
