Neither arrests nor charges indicate a conviction, and neither means that a person is guilty of the charges filed against them.

Dec. 2 at 2:55 p.m. / A 55-year-old Los Alamos man reported that someone damaged his property on Diamond Drive. The estimated loss is less than $1,000.

Dec. 2 at 3:45 p.m. / A 54-year-old Los Alamos woman reported that someone burglarized her home on Sereno. The estimated loss is unknown.

Dec. 2 at 10:35 p.m. / Police arrested Ryan Barnes, 37, of Valerde on Central Avenue on an outstanding Magistrate Court warrant.

MATTHEW BRITTELLE

Dec. 3 at 4:23 p.m. / Police arrested Matthew Brittelle, 38, of Los Alamos at 1801 Central Ave., and charged him with being a public nuisance and interfering with public rights and public use.

HECTOR SANTANA

Dec. 4 at 10:18 a.m. / Police arrested Hector Santana, 34, of Santa Fe in Central Park Square on an outstanding District Court warrant.

CHRISTOPHER DAVIS

Dec. 4 at 9:01 a.m. / Police arrested Christopher Davis, 23, of Los Alamos at 73, Futura on an outstanding Magistrate Court bench warrant.

Dec. 4 at 4:12 p.m. / Police charged Joshua Padilla-Spanarkel, 20, of Santa Fe on East Road with jaywalking and issued him a summons to appear in court. Police booking photo is not available.

Dec. 4 at 9:48 p.m. / Police arrested Burgandy Brock, 24, of Los Alamos at 2500 Trinity Dr., and charged her with battery against a household member and issued her a summons to appear in court. Police booking photo is not available.

Dec. at 5:27 p.m. / The Los Alamos Bomb Squad responded to a call in Central Park Square and found all was well.

Dec. 5 at 8:40 p.m. / A 55-year-old Los Alamos man reported that someone damaged his property on Torreon. The estimated damage is less than $1,000.

Dec. 7 at 1:51 p.m. / Police arrested Salomon Bustos, 35, on West Road and charged him with driving while his license to do so is revoked or suspended.

Dec. 7 at 3:46 p.m. / The Los Alamos Bomb Squad responded to a call on Trinity Drive and found all was well.

Dec. 8 at 1:11 a.m. / Police arrested Brandi Ortiz-Merrifield, 21, of Chimayo at 2500 Trinity Dr., on an outstanding District Court warrant.

NATHAN MANN

Dec. 8 at 7:53 a.m. / Police arrested Nathan Mann, 51, of Los Alamos at 2500 Trinity Dr., on an outstanding felony warrant from another jurisdiction.

Dec. 8 at 9:04 a.m. / The Los Alamos Bomb Squad responded to a call at Overlook Park Road and found all was well.

Dec. 8 at 9:58 a.m. / The Los Alamos Bomb Squad responded to a call on North Mesa Road and found all was well.

NICHOLAS ROYBAL-MARTINEZ

Dec. 8 at 4:30 p.m. / Police arrested Nicholas Roybal-Martinez, 22, of Medanales on N.M. 502 and charged him with shoplifting. The estimated loss is less than $250.

JEANNIE MARTINEZ

Dec. 8 at 5 p.m. / Police arrested Jeannie Martinez, 40, of Medanales on N.M. 502 and charged her with improper use of her registration.

ERIC ARCHULETA

Dec. 8 at 6 p.m. / Police arrested Eric Archuleta, 32, of Espanola on N.M. 502 and charged him with shoplifting. The estimated loss is less than $250.

Dec. 8 at 11:40 p.m. / Police arrested Kathryn Clark, 52, of Los Alamos at 42nd Street and Sycamore Street and charged her with DWI: Fourth Conviction (F4).
