The Los Alamos Arts Council is hosting a raffle to raise funds for the nonprofit organization. The item being raffled is an oil painting by Santa Fe Artist Wendy Higgins. Los Alamos resident Marvel Harrison donated the painting to the arts council. Tickets cost $5 each or $20 for five. To purchase a ticket, contact the Arts Council at 505.663.0447.
