Democrat Chris Chandler just filed for Los Alamos County Council. ‘I am excited to be running for County Council,’ Chandler said. ‘I’ve loved living here for more than 20 years. I plan to draw on my experience as a community activist to improve oversight of county operations, ensure that neighborhoods are protected and thrive, and to encourage open government on every level.’ Candidates have until 5 p.m. today to file for the office of clerk, probate judge or county council in the Los Alamos County Clerk’s Office at the Municipal Building.
