The following information is provided by the Los Alamos Police Department. Neither arrests nor charges indicate a conviction, and neither means that a person is guilty of the charges filed against them.

BENJAMIN VIGIL

Nov. 30 at 11 a.m. / Police arrested Benjamin Vigil, 41, of Espanola on 15th Street on an outstanding warrant from another jurisdiction.

Nov. 30 at 11:10 a.m. / Police arrested Juan Maldonado-Ranjel, 21, of Espanola at 2500 Trinity Dr., on an outstanding Magistrate Court warrant. The police booking photo is not available.

ADRIAN TRUJILLO

Nov. 30 at 11:31 a.m. / Police arrested Adrian Trujillo, 28, of Espanola at 2500 Trinity Dr., on an outstanding warrant from another jurisdiction.

Nov. 30 at 11:33 a.m. / Police responded to an unattended death of a 70-year-old Los Alamos man at Sombrillo Court. Foul play is not suspected.

Nov. 30 at 3:02 p.m. / The Los Alamos County Bomb Squad responded to a call of a suspicious item on Casa Grande Drive and rendered the item safe.

Nov. 30 at 5:07 p.m. / Police charged a 17-year-old Los Alamos boy on Canyon Drive with driving under the influence of drugs and referred him to the juvenile probation officer.

SAMUEL NASISE

Dec. 1 at 10:38 a.m. / Police arrested Samuel Nasise, 47, of Los Alamos at 1000 Trinity Dr., and charged him with driving under the influence of drugs. He was arrested again at 3 p.m. at 446 Manhattan Loop on an outstanding District Court warrant.

GARRETT ECKHART

Dec. 1 at 11:59 a.m. / Police arrested Garrett Eckhart, 35, of Los Alamos at 44th Street near Urban street and charged him with shoplifting. The estimated loss is less than $500.
