Moldovan-American pianist Alexander Paley

A rare opportunity to hear Alexander Paley, the phenomenal Moldovan-American pianist, who will make his first appearance in Santa Fe at 3 p.m. Sunday, March 11 at the First Presbyterian Church of Santa Fe.
Paley defected from Russia to the United States in 1988 and later moved to Paris.
More than 20 years ago he founded two music festivals, in Richmond, Va., and Moulin d’Ande in France. His career is a busy mix of solo recitals, concerti and chamber music and he performs unusual four-hand piano works with his wife, Pei-wen Chen. Paley is a Blüthner artist.
