Neither arrests nor charges indicate a conviction, and neither means that a person is guilty of the charges filed against them.

JONATHAN M. WILKE

Sept. 8 at 5:09 p.m. / Police arrested Jonathan M. Wilke, 38, of Los Alamos on 42nd Street on an outstanding warrant from another jurisdiction.

ALVARO F. ROMERO

Sept. 8 at 9:14 p.m. / Police arrested Alvaro F. Romero, 41, of Chimayo on Diamond Drive and Eniwetok and charged him with DWI, driving with an open container of alcohol and driving on a suspended or revoked license.

ROSS S. KOHN

Sept. 10 at 7:27 p.m. / Police arrested Ross. S. Kohn, 27, of Los Alamos on Cheyenne Street and charged him with aggravated assault and tampering with evidence.

FERNANDO JOSE RODRIGUEZ

Sept. 11 at 9:08 a.m. / Police arrested Fernando Jose Rodriguez, 36, of Espanola at 2500 Trinity Dr., on an outstanding District Court warrant.

MARCOS A. VIGIL

Sept. 11 at 4:07 a.m. / Police arrested Marcos A. Vigil, 32, of Chimayo at 2500 Trinity Dr., and charged him with aggravated assault and tampering with evidence.
