Leadership Los Alamos hosted its second annual FOCUS Session Thursday evening at UNM-Los Alamos with Keynote Speaker Haydn Shaw who presented a talk on Resolving Generational Differences in the Workplace. Shaw is noted as a renowned speaker and author hailed as a ‘leadership guru’ by the Washington Post. He has helped managers and organizations for more than 25 years raise their generational IQ so they can deal with the multigenerational workforce. He is the author of Sticking Points: How to Get 4 Generations Working Together in the 12 Places They Come Apart and the best-selling workshop Leading Across Generations and Working Across Generations.
