COUNTY News:

Crews with the Los Alamos Department of Public Utilities have responded at about 11:30 a.m. today to a water break on Trinity Drive, west of 20 Street and across from Ashley Pond Park.

Mobilization of traffic control devices and excavation equipment was expected to occur around noon.

East bound traffic will be affected. For the safety of the crews and public, motorists are advised to slow down and obey traffic signs.

It is unknown at this time if water services will need to be temporarily turned off to customers when crews initiate repairs. The estimated time that repairs will be completed also is unknown.
