The White Rock Senior Center celebrates its 24th birthday Monday, Aug. 5. The community is invited to celebrate with a cupcake contest at 12:30 p.m. or RSVP by 10 a.m. and have lunch! A Fish Fry and Car Show is scheduled 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 10 and cars are needed for the show. The Fish Fry is 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. with tickets $12 for adults and $6 for kids 12 and under.Tickets will be available for sale at both senior centers starting Aug. 1 while supplies last.
