Morrie Pongratz First To File For School Board

Morrie Pongratz is the first to file this morning at the County Municipal Building as a candidate for Los Alamos School Board. Pongratz resides in the Aspen District and served on the School Board from 2003-2007. During that term the board helped start the Juvenile Justice Advisory Board and the LAPS Foundation. Pongratz now serves on the boards of both organizations as well as several other boards. Pongratz is now fully retired and said laughing that his wife encouraged him to run for school board.
