Life as we know it would not be the same without bats. Join Bandelier National Monument Ranger Cat at the Los Alamos Nature Center at 7 p.m. today to explore some myths about bats, learn about the wide variety of bats in the world and hear about the important role they play in our lives.
This talk is free to attend and open to the public.
Ranger Cat will discuss the ways bats secretly impact daily life and why they are so important. Audience members also will discover the local bats of Bandelier that they may have never seen, but with whom they share a home.
