Neither arrests nor charges indicate a conviction, and neither means that a person is guilty of the charges filed against them.

NOLAN JOHNSON

March 4 at 3:20 p.m. / Police arrested Nolan Johnson, 35, of Sherman, Texas at Smith’s in White Rock on an outstanding Magistrate Court warrant and charged him with shoplifting.

JASON MOSS

March 11 at 12:56 p.m. / Police arrested Jason Moss, 59, of Los Alamos at 2500 Trinity Dr., and charged him with criminal sexual penetration of a child under 13 and criminal sexual contact of a minor under 13.

DEMETRIO CARDIEL

March 12 at 9:33 a.m. / Police arrested Demetrio Cardiel, 53, of Los Alamos at 2500 Trinity Dr., and charged him with driving while his license if suspended or revoked.

SAMUEL J. NASISE

March 12, 3:08 p.m. / Police arrested Samuel J. Nasise, 50, of Los Alamos at 2500 Trinity Dr., on an arrest order and charged him with assault: causing another to fear an immediate battery, battery upon a police officer and resisting, evading and obstructing an officer.

ANNA D. PETERSON

March 14, at 6:52 p.m. / Police arrested Anna D. Peterson, 19, of Regina, N.M. on Meadow Lane and charged her with DUI.

APRIL M. RIVERA

March 16 at 1:24 a.m. / Police arrested April M. Rivera, 34, of White Rock at Village Place and charged her with aggravated assault against a household member.

ANDREA LYN WYCKOFF

March 21 at 2:30 a.m. / Police arrested Andrea Lyn Wyckoff, 41, of McCloud, Calif., at the Research Park and charged her with reckless driving.

JUSTIN RENEE PEARSON

March 21 at 2:30 a.m. / Police arrested Justin Renee Pearson, 45, of Los Alamos on La Vista Drive and charged her with battery against a household member.

GARY R. BROWN

April 2 at 3:46 a.m. / Police arrested Gary R. Brown, 51, of Los Alamos at 2500 Trinity Dr., on an outstanding warrant for another jurisdiction and charged him with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of a firearm or destructive device.

ZACHARY DAVID MARTINEZ

April 19 at 11:11 p.m. / Police arrested Zachary David Martinez, 27, of Española at 2500 Trinity Dr., and charged him with driving on a suspended or revoked license.

DUNCAN FELLOWS

April 19 at 11:58 p.m. / Police arrested Duncan Fellows, 24, of Los Alamos in Village Place and charged him with driving with an open container of alcohol and aggravated DWI: refusal to submit to chemical testing.

AUSTEN KYLE BATT

April 24 at 5:20 a.m. / Police arrested Austen Kyle Batt, 29 of Los Alamos 638 43rd St., on two outstanding warrants from another jurisdiction and charged him with concealing his identity, petty larceny, driving with an invalid registration and driving without a license.

ISAIAH LEE EDWARD AYLMER

April 25 at 3:59 p.m. / Police arrested Isaiah Lee Edward Aylmer, 20, of White Rock at Sonic on an outstanding District Court warrant.
