Update On Enterprise Bank & Trust’s Community Support

The last few months have been a challenge for all of us here in Los Alamos. Our lives have been upended in so many ways, including access to basic services that are easy to take for granted, including banking.

We appreciate your patience as we have adjusted to these temporary changes in the way we do business. During this time, Enterprise has been able to work with so many Los Alamos businesses, including some that are new to us, to help them through the business crisis brought on by the pandemic.

Throughout northern New Mexico, Enterprise closed 824 Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) loans, which impacted more than 11,162 jobs. In Los Alamos specifically, we closed 139 PPP loans and impacted more than 1,539 jobs. We are able to do this because we are financially strong, and company-wide we enjoy an overall client satisfaction and customer loyalty ranking that is double the industry average.

We have been able to capitalize on that strength while keeping our decision-making and community investment dollars local. As the community gradually reopens and the economy begins to recover, we plan to continue to invest in Los Alamos in the same way we have for so many years.

We appreciate the opportunity to serve this community. I wish everyone health and safety as we navigate the rest of 2020.
