To help keep our community safe, Enterprise Bank & Trust’s Los Alamos branches have made adjustments in how we serve our clients. Due to the recent state-wide shutdown, we have closed our lobbies and will be handling the majority of transactions through our drive-up.
Although our lobbies are closed, clients may schedule visits to access their safe deposit boxes, make wire transfers or receive assistance with complex notary needs. Scheduling appointments in advance is greatly appreciated, as we are only able to assist a limited number of clients at a time.
Our hours continue to be 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, and 9 a.m. to noon on Saturday. Interactive Teller Machine (ITM) services are now available from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Saturday with live video assistance. As a reminder, ITMs can do everything that a teller can, except issue cashier’s checks or money orders.
