COVID didn’t slow down our economy.’ ‘We want to lead the nation in regional broadband, providing high speed Internet to the whole state.’ ‘Other countries are looking to New Mexico for solutions to energy issues. We want to be the clean energy state.’ ‘New Mexico will be the first state to really have free college. We’re working on ways to get more educators in the classroom.’ In commenting on her campaign for re-election, the governor said, ‘I want New Mexico to be exempt from the toxic political climate in the country.
