Agenda items include:

• Chair Randall Ryti’s presentation on the state of the County
• Election of the 2022 Council Chair and Vice Chair
• A public hearing on an ordinance to extend the option of redirecting the Department of Public Utilities’ profit transfers to the joint utility system fund for purposes designated by council
• A public hearing on a resolution to establish minimum standards of reasonable notice for the public for all Council, County Indigent Hospital and County Health Board meetings and all meetings for County boards and commissions
• Possible approval of a revised scope of work for the golf course site improvement project
• Possible approval of the FY2021 annual comprehensive financial report with auditor’s opinions
• Possible approval of hiring Juan Rael as the Public Works Director
• Possible approval of the FY2022 state legislative agenda
• Possible action for filling a vacancy on council
• A consent agenda item includes approving remanding the case, Sirphey LLC, Appleant v. Board of the County Council and Michael Arellano back to County Board of Appeals
