As many of you know Petree Garden Center asked for the community’s help last week to move excess inventory in order to be prepared for a potential evacuation and reduce loss.

Los Alamos answered in a huge way, and we are incredibly grateful. We are getting a lot of questions about restocking and how customers can support us going forward. I’m happy to say we are restocking this week!

Plants are arriving daily, and we expect a good selection of all the customer favorites. We are also asking anyone who is still hesitant to plant to purchase gift cards, gift items such as jewelry and home goods or any of our gardening supplies (you still need to fertilize after all). This helps us salvage our season and we appreciate it so very much.

I’d like to extend a special thank you to everyone who has made a concerted effort to get us through this recent challenge by coming by, shopping and giving our staff much needed words of encouragement.
