Summit Garden Club News:

The Summit Garden Club is honored to award the 2022 Pat Edmonds and Sue Graves Memorial Scholarship to Maya Clausen.

Clausen, a graduate at Los Alamos High School, was an officer on Student Council all four years. She also enjoys dance – ballet, jazz, modern, swing and musical theater.

She will be attending New Mexico State University this fall majoring in Biology. Her career goal is to be a part of conservation of Earth’s natural resources for future generations.

Clausen is Summit Garden Club’s 50th recipient of the Pat Edmonds and Sue Graves Memorial Scholarship.

Her parents are Lene Hessner and Bjorn Clausen. The Summit Garden Club wishes Clausen all the best in this new chapter of her life.
