NMDWS News: 

New Mexico Department of Workforce Solutions (NMDWS) reports that New Mexico’s seasonally adjusted unemployment rate was 4.9 percent in June, down from 5.1 percent in May and down from 7.3 percent in June 2021.

The national unemployment rate in June was 3.6 percent, unchanged from May and down from 5.9 percent in June 2021.

Total nonagricultural payroll employment grew by 45,100 jobs, or 5.6 percent, between June 2021 and June 2022.
