Welcome To The Unitarian Church Of Los Alamos: Aug. 14

Unitarian Church News:

The Unitarian Church of Los Alamos invites the community to a Newcomers’ Welcome service starting at 10:30 a.m. this Sunday, Aug. 14.

Join us to hear more about what it means to be part of a church community where a diversity of beliefs (and no beliefs) are welcome to take part. If you’ve been curious about us for a while, or have come to know us only through our community work, this Sunday is a great time to get to know us better.

Our minister, the Rev. John Cullinan, will give a sermon titled, “All Your Faith and Doubts Welcome Here,” talking about some basics of Unitarian Universalism and what a Unitarian Universalist church has to offer. All are welcome to join us after the service for coffee and conversation.

Then, at noon, Rev. Cullinan will lead an Introduction to Unitarian Universalism session, covering the history of our tradition – where we come from and who we are today – as well as the seven principles that guide us today.

PLEASE NOTE: The Unitarian Church is still following these basic COVID-19 precautions: proof of COVID vaccination is required at the door, and masks should be worn at all times while inside the facility.

If you would like more information or have any questions, you can contact the minister at revjohn@uulosalamos.org, visit (uulosalamos.org), or visit us on the 13th at our information booth at Ashley Pond during the County Fair.
