DOE/NNSA Awards $400M BPA To TechSource E-TESA

TechSource, Inc., a Veteran-owned small business, and the entire Enterprise-Wide Technical and Engineering Support Alliance (E-TESA) Team are honored to have received the DOE/NNSA Technical, Engineering & Programmatic Services (TEPS-3) Blanket Purchase Order (BPA) award. 

This $400 million award is a direct result of TechSource’s and the E-TESA team members’ dedication to providing outstanding support over the past decade under the two previous TEPS BPAs.

TechSource’s Senior Vice President and E-TESA Program Manager Jim Rhone shared, “E-TESA continues to exceed all expectations. We are fully confident going forward that the unmatched breadth and depth of TechSource’s experience and knowledge in tandem with the broad and deep capabilities provided by this enhanced E-TESA-3 Team will provide DOE and NNSA the comprehensive resource needed to fulfill their critical and time sensitive national security missions.” 

Going forward, TEPS-3 will be the key strategic sourcing vehicle for DOE and NNSA to access the E-TESA Team’s technical, engineering, and programmatic support services spanning the entire spectrum in the following task areas:

  • Program Management Support
  • Nuclear Engineering Subject Matter Expertise and Analytical Support Training Support
  • Security Management Support
  • Emergency Operations (Domestic/International) Support
  • Nuclear Nonproliferation Support
  • Environmental Management and Sustainability
  • Research and Development

About the E-TESA Team:

The TechSource led E-TESA Team is 68% small businesses, comprised of 12 Contractor Team Arrangement members and 26 subcontractors.  Each team member was selected to provide DOE/NNSA maximum confidence in our ability to: provide access to thousands of professionals in every discipline to meet the DOE/NNSA needs, provide best-in-class expertise with the ability to perform the functional activities, reduce performance risk and ensure continuity of service as evidenced by E-TESA members having received 59 TEPS BPA task orders with a total contracts award value of $535.6M, and exceed small business utilization goals.
