For the Animals will sponsor a donation exchange in support of Los Alamos County Animal Shelter 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 3 at 3823 A Villa St.

In-kind donations received by the Los Alamos County Animal Shelter in excess of those which can be used at the shelter will be offered for exchange. Whatever amount individuals wish to donate will be accepted for cat and dog carriers, beds, leashes, collars, throw toys, food bowls, doggie jackets, thunder shirts, booties, puppy training pads, brushes and combs, mobility assistance steps, books, clicker trainers and a ferret house.

About For The Animals

For the Animals is a 501 (c)3 nonprofit organization incorporated for the purpose of receiving donations for the benefit of animals in the Los Alamos County Animal Shelter. For the Animals funds are used exclusively for the welfare and quality of life in the Los Alamos County Animals Shelter.
