LAPS: PreK Family Engagement Nights Rescheduled

Los Alamos Public Schools (LAPS) has rescheduled three of the Preschool Random Act of Kindness – Friendship Family Engagement Nights.

The programs at Aspen, Mountain and Pinon Elementary schools were canceled earlier this week due to the weather.

The Family Engagement Night is for preschool students and their families and will be held 4-6 p.m. in the student’s PreK classroom.

Preschool staff are planning an evening program of fun activities focused on kindness and friendship, and opportunities for students to socialize with their peers. There also will be a read aloud time featuring the book, Fill A Bucket, by Carol McLoud and Katherine Martin.
