Watch for Anne Hillerman’s new book, The Way of the Bear, to be released April 25.
An event for The Way of the Bear will be held at 6 p.m. April 25 in Santa Fe at Collected Works Bookstore.
Hillerman is fortunate to have many readers who love the Joe Leaphorn/Jim Chee/Bernadette Manuelito stories as much as she does. Many of you love signed copies, too, and want to get them ASAP!
Here’s how to do that.
Hillerman has wonderful invitations to talk about her forthcoming book at independent bookstores. These stories are happy to pre-sell signed copies, which readers can receive right after the official book launch. And Hillerman is happy to sign them, too! Without the support of these great folks, who knows what would have happened to Bernie, Jim, and Joe?
Here’s a schedule of upcoming bookstore appearances:
- 7 p.m. April 24, Arizona book launch, The Poisoned Pen, Scottsdale, AZ;
- 6 p.m. April 25, New Mexico book launch, Collected Works Bookstore, Santa Fe;
- 6 p.m. April 29, Talk and book signing, Bookworks, Albuquerque;
- 2 p.m. April 30, Talk and book signing, Treasure House Books and Gifts, Albuquerque;
- 6 p.m. May 4, Talk and book signing, Maria’s Bookshop, Durango, CO., 6 p.m.;
- 2 p.m. May 20, Talk and book signing, Fairweather Social Club hosted by Peregrine Book Company, Prescott, AZ, 2 p.m.
