Community Survey Results For 20th Street Redevelopment

COUNTY News:

Los Alamos, New Mexico— Los Alamos County’s Community Development Department (CDD) thanks the 300 individuals who participated in the survey to provide feedback on the redevelopment of publicly owned parcels on 20th Street south of Trinity Drive.

The survey findings are posted on the project webpage at lacnm.com/20thSt.

CDD is working with consultants Wilson & Company to develop high-level conceptual plans to assess the range of redevelopment scenarios for this area.

Findings from the survey will help the project team and councilors determine the highest and best use opportunities the code will allow.

Next steps for the project team are to:

  • Develop three preliminary concept plans;
  • Present to the Los Alamos County Council; and
  • Finalize the concept plans to be incorporated into a solicitation.
