LAPS News:

Los Alamos Public Schools (LAPS) will be hosting Open Houses for families beginning next week.

This is an opportunity for families to meet teachers, learn class expectations and check out what’s new at their school for the 2023-2024 school year.

Here is the schedule for Open House:

• Aspen Elementary: Wednesday, Aug. 16, 5:30-7 p.m.
• Barranca Mesa Elementary: Tuesday, Aug. 22, 5:30-7 p.m.
• Chamisa Elementary: Thursday, Aug. 17, 5:30-7 p.m.
• Mountain Elementary: Tuesday, Aug. 15, 5:30-7 p.m.
• Piñon Elementary: Wednesday, Aug. 23, 5:30-7 p.m.
• Los Alamos Middle School: Tuesday, Aug. 29, 5:30-7:30 p.m.
• Los Alamos High School: Wednesday, Aug. 30, 5:30-7:30 p.m.
• Los Alamos Online Learning Academy: Thursday, Aug. 31, 5:30-7 p.m.
