The smoke plume created from a fire burning east of Ojo Sarco on the Carson National Forest viewed about 2 p.m. today looking east from the end of Los Pueblos in Los Alamos. LAFD Wildland Division Chief Sterna said crews are responding. Ojo Sarco is in the Sangre de Cristo Mountains, 1 mile from State Road 76 and 1.5 miles west-southwest of Las Trampas.
