USACE News:
ALBUQUERQUE — The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Albuquerque District, hereby informs the public that the 2023 Draft Galisteo Dam Master Plan (MP), Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI), and Environmental Assessment (EA) are available for public review.
The public is invited to view information found here, discussing the draft master plan development process, proposed land classifications for Galisteo Dam, and instructions for public participation.
The 30-day public comment period will begin Nov. 30, and end Dec. 29, 2023. The draft MP, EA, FONSI, comment form with instructions, and a presentation covering the process will be available for download starting on November 30, 2023, at the following Albuquerque District website.
Comments can be submitted on the website, mailed to Trevor Wallin, Galisteo Dam Operations Project Manager, Cochiti Lake Project Office, 82 Dam Crest Road, Pena Blanca, NM 87041, or emailed to galisteo@usace.army.mil
