Before the game on Friday night, the Los Alamos High School (LAHS) Hilltoppers varsity basketball team recognized Niko Garcia’s impressive 1,000 point career accomplishment.

Garcia officially joined the elite “1,000 Points Club” during the Hilltoppers tournament over Christmas break.

The coaches, fans and players recognized Garcia’s career accomplishment of surpassing 1,000 points, which has happened only one other time in LAHS history with Alex Kirk.
