As the sun sets on another exhilarating ski weekend, it’s time to give our bodies some care. Little Bird Yoga Studio invites you to attend a ski-centric relaxation and rejuvenation class with our Sunday night stretching series, tailored to soothe muscles after skiing.
The series is 5 p.m. Sundays, Feb. 4 to March 10. The class will be in-person at our downtown Los Alamos studio at 1625 Central Ave., Room 206.
Nervous about yoga? Think you are not flexible enough or coordinated enough? This isn’t your typical yoga class. Our focus lies not in complex poses or rigorous sequences, but in the simple art of stretching and relaxation. Many of the stretches will be on the ground, so that our bodies can use the support of the floor to let go of muscular tension. No flexibility or coordination required. Come as you are, in attire that allows you to move freely.
