ALBUQUERQUE – On Jan. 25, 2024, the New Mexico State Police assisted with the execution of two search warrants at two Marijuana dispensaries in Albuquerque.

After receiving information from the Cannabis Control Division, Agents with the New Mexico Governor’s Organized Crime Commission requested assistance from the New Mexico State Police with executing search warrants at The Cannabis Revolution Dispensary (CRD) at 806 Old Coors Road, Suite D, and The Cannabis Revolution Dispensary (CRD) at 12999 Central Ave. NE.

Agents from the Tax Fraud Investigation Division also assisted with this operation.

The two dispensaries involved in this investigation are believed to have ties to international organized crime. This is an ongoing investigation being pursued by the Organized Crime Commission.

More than $1,000,000 total in retail value of unlicensed product was seized.
