C’YA News:

LAHS Seniors, applications for the Mikey Aslam Scholarship are due this Sunday and can be submitted by email.

The requirements are easy and can be found in the scholarship packet or requested by contacting C’YA at cya.org@att.net.

Requirements include:

• Applicant has done one of the following; community service, involved in church related activities or has been a member of Scouting.
• Write a one-page letter to the committee that includes an explanation of your educational plans, goals for the future and how friendships, volunteer work, faith or Scouting has played a role in who you are today.
• Ask a friend or adult who cares about you to submit a brief letter about how wonderful you are and send it to: cya.org@att.net
