COUNTY News:

Water crews from the Los Alamos Department of Public Utilities (DPU) will close Rendija Road at 8 p.m. Wednesday to repair a leak on the Guaje Canyon water transmission line.

Until DPU’s crews expose the line and see the condition of it, they won’t have a firm timeline for the repair, however they estimate the work and the road closure could take up to two days.

Los Alamos residents and San Ildefonso commuters will not be able to access the road, the Pajarito Trailhead or Los Alamos Sportsmen’s Club during that time.
