Free Adults Swim Lessons on the second Tuesday of each month including Oct. 8, Nov. 11 and Dec. 10.

Local swim coach Anna Z would like to offer free adult swim lessons on the second Tuesday of each month.

Details:

• Who: Los Alamos and White Rock residents 20 years old or older;
• Where: Los Alamos Aquatic Center;
• When: 6:30-7 p.m. on the second Tuesday of each month; and
• Cost: Free.
• Requirements:

1. 1. All participants must be 20 or older
   2. All participants must be able to swim 25 yards with or without fins
   3. All participants need to register at the Los Alamos County RecTract here.
