The Public Works and Community Services departments have announced that the second of three public meetings on the initial conceptual phase of shade structure options for the Los Alamos Ice Rink has been scheduled to 5:30 p.m., April 10, 2025, at Council Chambers as part of the regularly scheduled Parks & Recreation Board meeting.
At this meeting, the Public Works and Community Services departments will present structure type and budget options for a shade structure for the Ice Rink. They will also explain how individuals can provide feedback through an online survey available from April 10 to the 24 (14 days). The objective of this survey is to collect community input on preferred option for a potential shade structure to help inform the decision-making process.
