ACRR News:
Anders Medin,15, was the best predictor in the Atomic City Road Runners (ACRR) weekly pace Tuesday on the Burnt Mesa Trail with a 2 second differential off his predicted time.
Other accurate predictors:
- Chole Keilers at 9 seconds off;
- Eric Anderson and James Zola tied with a 13 second difference;
- Priscila Rosa recording a 15 second differential, and top finisher in the 1-mile race at 10:20; and
- Edith Acosta at 17 seconds off.
In the 1-mile course:
- Chris Anderson was the best male finisher on with a time of 10:29.
- In the 2-mile distance:
- Felix Candia was the first finisher recording a 23:09; and
- Anastashia Davis at 23:10, was the best female.
In the 3-mile course:
- Ethan Wever had a time of 19:05 for top finisher; and
- Deana Tsang was the first female recording a 30:22.
Next week’s race is 6 p.m., Tuesday, June 17, on the pedestrian path parallel to N.M. 4 in White Rock and it will start at Pinon (Rocket) Park on Sherwood Boulevard across from Smith’s with 1, 2, and 3-mile paved courses available.
