When Raymond Lujan-Paña sought employment at Enterprise Bank & Trust, he was following in his father Raymond Lujan’s footsteps.

“I was born and raised in Alcalde, and there are multiple things that brought me to Los Alamos. Having so much family working for Los Alamos National Laboratory and my dad having worked for Los Alamos National Bank before it became Enterprise made it a rather easy choice,” Lujan-Paña said. “My favorite part of working here is getting to strengthen my people skills as well as my relationships with my awesome customers and amazing coworkers.”

The 21-year-old graduated from Española Valley High School in 2022. He has worked at Enterprise Bank & Trust since March 2024 and was promoted to Teller 2 last March.

Lujan-Paña is known among customers and coworkers for his pleasing personality.

“Raymond has brought such a joyful manner and cheerful presence to our professional environment,” Los Alamos Region President Liddie Martinez said. “His passion for his work and kindly social graces create light and happy spaces for our Associates and our customers alike.”

VP and Branch Manager Nadine B. Martinez also commended Lujan-Paña.

“Raymond is right at home with Enterprise Bank & Trust. He embraces his role and does so with a friendly demeanor,” she said. “Each and every day he is ready to brighten someone’s day. We truly enjoy being in his presence.”

Lujan-Paña describes his days on the job working at the bank.

“Most days are nice and easy, interacting with our usual amazing customers,” he said. “On occasion, we encounter someone in a grouchy mood, but thankfully not often.”

What are his long-term goals?

“I want to spend my career here at Enterprise … and maybe become a branch manager one day,” Lujan-Paña said.

In his free time, Lujan-Paña enjoys bowling, hiking, fishing, camping, and almost anything else involving the outdoors, he said.

“Whenever I’m not working, Lujan-Paña said, you can always find me with a smile on my face, spending time with my family and friends.”
