LALT Postpones ‘Glitter Girls’ Performances Through Sunday

LALT News:

Los Alamos Little Theatre (LALT) is postponing its performances of “The Glitter Girls” scheduled through Sunday.

“Concerns around the coronavirus pandemic are real and evolving rapidly. Many activities are being affected,” LALT Board President Craig Taylor said. “In consultation with the director of the Glitter Girls and the rest of the LALT Board of Directors we have decided it is prudent, reasonable, and the right action to postpone this weekend’s performances.”

Skiesta Canceled – Pajarito Open For Skiing, Snowboarding

LASC News:

The Los Alamos Ski Club has announced that Skiesta, originally scheduled for Saturday, March 14 has been canceled.

Pajarito Mountain is still open for skiing and snowboarding.

Following the Governor’s public health order regarding large gatherings in a confined space for groups larger than 100, the Ski Club canceled the event and plans to host the event next year.

The ski area is scheduled to remain open until April 5 for skiing and snowboarding, pending weather conditions.
