AtomiComedy Returns Feb. 1

AtomiComedy, Los Alamos’ local comedy group, returns for a performance 7:30 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 1, at the Performing Arts Center, 1670 Nectar Street.
“Queens of AtomiComedy” will feature performances exclusively by female comics from Los Alamos, Santa Fe, and Albuquerque. Despite the exclusive gender of the performers, those of the male or any in-between persuasion are welcomed to the audience and will be sure to enjoy the evening, although they may want to use protection.

A recent Natural Resource Condition Assessment by the National Park Service determined that ponderosa pine forests are the preferred habitat for 35% of these bird species, which means that areas like History Grove, Banco Bonito and El Cajete Trail are fantastic places to go birdwatching in the park. NHCC Visual Art Museum Closed Until Further Notice
NHCC News:
The National Hispanic Cultural Center (NHCC) Visual Art Museum will remain closed to the public until further notice, as construction crews repair damage caused by a water leak in the building last week.
No artwork in the building was damaged, and the closure will not impact programs and events taking place in other buildings at the Center.
