COMMUNITY News:

Los Alamos author Fran Stoval has created, registered and filled a “Free Little Library” with mostly children’s books, including the one she wrote (The Secret Dragons) and put it up in her yard.

Stoval, also a stained glass, pastel and mosaic artist, created the stained glass for the door.

“With the temporary closing of Meas Public Library here in Los Alamos due to the coronavirus pandemic, I built this Little Free Library for people in my neighborhood or anyone in town,” Stoval said. “For anyone who borrows books, feel free to share them with other people or bring them back so other kids can read them, too.”

The “Free Little Library” is in Canyon Road.
