BARRANCA SCHOOL News:

Barranca Mesa Elementary School will host the Fourth Annual Bobcat Bonanza Carnival 4:30-7:30 p.m., Friday at 57 Loma del Escolar.

The popular dunk tank returns again this year as well as the bouncy castles, inflatable slide and inflatable obstacle course.

The Hill Stompers band will be on hand to entertain and brighten the atmosphere and of course, there will be lots of games. Food will be available for purchase, including pizza from Time Out Pizza, popcorn, de la Crème Italian sodas, sno cones and cotton candy.

The Bobcat Bonanza is well-known for its silent auction, which includes a 20-minute Scenic Helicopter Flight for up to three people from Classic Air Medical valued at $550. Also up for auction is a Firefighter for a Day opportunity for a lucky elementary student. Other items on auction include a large selection of fine wines, two seats at a Pig & Fig wine dinner, family portrait sessions from Jessica Booton Photography and Don Taylor Photography and a family pass for up to five people from Meow Wolf.

Bobcat Bonanza is open to all ages. Proceeds benefit Barranca Mesa Elementary School PTO.
