The Bear Canyon Dam Project Groundbreaking hosted by the New Mexico Department of Game and Fish (NMGF), Gov. Michelle Lujan Grisham and Lt. Gov. Howie Morales has been rescheduled. 

Gov. Lujan Grisham will be initiating the project 10 a.m. Thursday, July 28.
