Bureau Of Land Management Rescinds Fire Restrictions In Nine Counties Including Los Alamos

BLM News:

FARMINGTON — With increasing precipitation and higher humidity, resulting in reduced fire danger, the Bureau of Land Management has rescinded fire restrictions in Los Alamos, San Juan, Rio Arriba, Taos, Colfax, Union, Santa Fe, Mora, Harding and San Miguel counties, as well as portions of public land in McKinley and Sandoval counties.

This action rescinds Fire Prevention Order # NMF00000-23-01.

The BLM appreciates the public’s cooperation to help minimize the number of human-caused wildfires.
